The Story
Baked by hand. Kept honest.
Field & Orchard started with a simple frustration: most "healthy" crackers on the shelf were either bland, full of ingredients no one could pronounce, or both. So we started baking our own — gluten-free, dairy-free, and with nothing added just to make them last longer on a shelf.
Every batch is mixed, rolled, and baked by hand in small runs, so what you get is close to what came out of the oven that week — not something built to sit in a warehouse for months.
